Terms

General
These specific conditions governing Customer's use of goods and services provided by Moose on the Loose, hereinafter called the seller. These terms apply to all sales from the seller as long as nothing else is agreed in writing between the parties.

Pricing and Delivery
Prices are NOT included VAT for the products which is going to be sent abroad. If the address is in Noway 25% VAT is added.

The page is updated daily which guarantees that prices are always current. Seller reserves for any errors that may occur due to technical errors.

Shipping
All orders is delivered with Posten (posten.no). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address is specified in the order is correct. The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days (weekdays), depending on what time of day the order is made, and whether the goods are in stock. Customer will be notified when the goods are dispatched.

All orders, unless otherwise agreed, is sent in letter form, with the exception of purchases of bigger items, then sent the parcel and must be picked up at your local post office.

We send out an e-mail, mail delivery, which we specify a crash id as primarily the package is not sent by snail mail. This allows you to track the package on www.bring.no.

If the item is damaged upon delivery shall be immediately reported to the seller and the time of arrival via e-mail. It is important that you provide a complete notification to us of any damage occurring. Do you see that the package is damaged on delivery time so you should also report it directly to the person who can acknowledge the package off.

For unclaimed packages / letters (for example COD mail) sent in return (not tripped) will be charged to customers for shipping / return shipping and service fees of 500NOK ex. VAT.

Seller will not pay return shipping for the customer so that if the customer sends us a package in return cost will be incurred and the customer does not sell.

Customers duties
The registered customer (18 years age limited) the seller is liable for payment of the services the seller or seller partners supply under these terms. Responsibility also covers the use of customer access, including unauthorized use, unless it can be demonstrated that the unauthorized use was made possible through the negligence of the seller's side.

Complaint
Before faults are reported to the seller, the customer should check whether the it´s caused by the customer. If the customer can assure that the product is not work as the seller has described it, the customer must notify the seller so that the seller can implement measures for aid. Customer loses his right to a deficiency if he does not give the seller notice within a reasonable time after he discovered or should have discovered the defect.

Corrective
Seller shall as soon as possible after being notified of a faulty product by the seller, replace the product. If the customer on their own initiative, take steps to correct the fault as may be agreed with the seller, the seller will not pay these expenses.

Regret
Act applies only when consumer. Return costs borne by the consumer (see Cancellation Act § 15, first paragraph).

Extraordinary circumstances
Seller is only responsible for the loss of the item if it is proven wrong or missing. This does not apply if the seller can prove that the defect is due to circumstances beyond its control, which sells not reasonably be expected to avoid or overcome the consequences of. Seller is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from defects unless the loss was caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the seller side. By end-terms can not be worse than the conditions set by law. Consumer Act No. 34 of 2002-06-21

Change in terms
Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including as a result of changes in legislation.

Force majeure
If the seller is unable to deliver or perform required replacement or should such a delivery unreasonably burdensome as a result of labor disputes or any other circumstances when the parties have no control over it such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military call of comparable scope, requisition, confiscation , currency restrictions, riots and civil commotion, shortage of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of power and defects or delays in deliveries from suppliers or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances described in this paragraph, the seller is relieved of all other liability than in cases of complaints and credit it to the faulty item purchase.

Confidentiality
All customer information is handled with great discretion and will under no conditions to be disclosed to outsiders.
