Shipping and return

Shipping
All orders is delivered with Posten (posten.no). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address is specified in the order is correct. The delivery time is normally 1-3 working days (weekdays), depending on what time of day the order is made, and whether the goods are in stock. Customer will be notified when the goods are dispatched.

Post recommends sending Christmas record BEFORE 16 December for it to arrive by Christmas. We will work to ensure that all packets are sent before this date (so they are all booked before 15 December), but still can not guarantee that it will arrive before Christmas. We will do everything we can to make it comes before 16 December in the mail, so we hope that they do the same so that it gets to you before Christmas.

Complaint
Before faults are reported to the seller, the customer should check whether the it´s caused by the customer. If the customer can assure that the product is not work as the seller has described it, the customer must notify the seller so that the seller can implement measures for aid. Customer loses his right to a deficiency if he does not give the seller notice within a reasonable time after he discovered or should have discovered the defect.

Corrective
Seller shall as soon as possible after being notified of a faulty product by the seller, replace the product. If the customer on their own initiative, take steps to correct the fault as may be agreed with the seller, the seller will not pay these expenses.

Regret
Act applies only when consumer. Return costs borne by the consumer (see Cancellation Act § 15, first paragraph).
